Our Policies

To give all our customers the best service and prices, please note the following:


  1. No electrical items can be returned after install. 
  2. All core returns must be returned in original part box.
  3. No returns on special ordered items.  
  4. Our sales order or original invoice must accompany all claims and returns.
  5. All claims and returns must be made within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. 29-45 days will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credits will be given after 45 days.
  6. All warranty credits are subject to factory approval.
  7. $10 minimum charge on credit card purchases.
  8. $35 service charge for returned checks.
  9. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for an item.  (Shipping cost will be witheld from refund.)
